WoW idea generation

Just had quite a good idea for the War on Want ad campaign. I have been thinking about the fact that they are a non governmental company and have to sometimes lie and sneak their representatives into certain companies to avoid getting captured or found out. Like they have representatives who can speak an array of languages and can blend in with the culture. So an idea of a subtle or camouflaged campaign with subliminal messages is something that could work.
